These Community Guidelines apply when you use the Community tab in Aurelia Mint (posts, comments, likes, follows, direct messages, contests, and profiles). They are part of our Terms of Use.
Treat other stackers the way you want to be treated. Disagreements about metals, premiums, or dealers are fine; personal attacks, harassment, bullying, threats, and hate speech are not.
Do not post content that is illegal, promotes criminal activity, infringes someone else’s copyright or trademark, or misrepresents coins or bullion you do not own. Do not use Community to scam, phish, or sell stolen property.
Do not post sexually explicit material, gratuitous violence, content that exploits minors, or other material a reasonable person would find offensive. Aurelia Mint has no tolerance for objectionable content.
Community is for precious-metals collecting, stacking, dealers, and related hobbies. Excessive spam, repetitive promotion, or off-topic funnels to external schemes may be removed.
Do not share other people’s personal information (addresses, phone numbers, private messages) without permission. Respect private profiles — do not circumvent privacy settings.
Stack Contests are governed by the Official Contest Rules (https://aureliamintapp.com/contest-official-rules). You must read and accept those rules in the App before viewing the Contest tab, posting to Community for the first time, or submitting an entry. Contests are open to U.S. residents who are at least 18. Vote and submit fairly. We may disqualify entries that violate these Guidelines or manipulate results. You may report contest posts using the in-app flag.
Some placements in the Community home feed and on the Contest tab (including sponsor banners and prize cards) are labeled “Sponsored” and may link to third-party dealers or offers. Sponsored content is advertising, not editorial endorsement. You may report a sponsored placement using the in-app flag.
Use the report flag on a post, comment, conversation, profile, or sponsored placement to alert us. You can block stackers to hide their content and stop DMs. We review reports and aim to act on valid complaints within 24 hours. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
